Freezing of meat in blocks in plate freezers
Freezers can be suited for submersible systems, or for systems with direct expansion. They could be operated with freon or ammonia as refrigerant. It is possible to create tailor made cooling compressors for submerse plate freezers or simply to connect them to central cooling installation.
